2026 OACA Membership


Membership Dues

Active Membership- $125
Open to any person employed by a state or local court upon application and payment of annual dues.

Associate Membership- $125
Open to anyone interested in the Oregon Court System and who maintains a supportive role with the courts upon application and payment of dues.  Associate members are not eligible for election to Director or Officer positions and are not eligible to receive scholarships.

Student Membership- $
Open to anyone qualified who makes application for Student membership and payment of dues. Student membership is open to any individual enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours of classes for three quarters or two semesters of a year in a field of study related to work in the courts. Student members are not eligible for election to Director or Officer Positions, but Committee membership is encouraged. Student members are not eligible to receive scholarships.


Membership Term

Membership term runs from January 1st through December 31st for each year.

Past members that have not renewed their membership by February 1st, will be dropped from the member roll. You may renew at any time, but may not receive emails or newsletters until your membership is reactivated.

  • Member only pricing for OACA's Spring and Fall Conferences.
  • Access to a network of 150+ court professionals across the state of Oregon! 
  • Access to the monthly e-newsletter, the ECHO.
  • Access to court/justice specific educational opportunities (webinars, conferences, etc.). In 2025, OACA provided 150 hours of educational opportunities to our members.
  • Work towards and earn OACA Certifications (more info here).


Membership Referrals

If you refer new members, make sure they mention your name when they register!  3 new member referrals in one calendar year= 1 free annual membership for you!  5 new member referrals in one calendar year= 1 free conference registration for you!
